Reservations should be exclusively sent through the special electronic form available on this site. Booking is ofcourse reserved to AT members, they parents and friends only.

The reservation of Gala Lunch and/or Dinner must be payed for the total amount at reservation time.

Within 15 days after booking the payment MUST follow in one of these ways (otherwise booking will be cancelled):

Booking's cancellation policy

The booking's cancellation must be made by a written communication and will be granted at the following conditions:
- Within 45 days before arrival: total refund of the advance paid;
- Within 30 days before arrival: 50% refund of the advance paid;
No refund will be granted after the above terms.
